Stone Academy is the education and personal enrichment of each student.

Instructors must
make a special effort toward encouraging students to achieve the knowledge,
self-confidence, and poise necessary to meet the demands and challenges
of today’s business environment.
Instructors are
responsible for teaching in their subject areas, combining teaching
techniques with effective classroom management and other faculty members.
Although educational requirements will vary from program to program,
instructors must maintain the philosophy, goals, and rules of the school
at all times.
Administrators,
faculty, staff, career services, admissions, and counseling personnel
provide assistance to students in developing their potential from the
day of registration until they have attained the skills necessary for
employment.

Administrative Assistant
We are accepting applications for a part time Administrative Assistant for our LPN program in East Hartford. Hours will be one or two weeknights and some Saturdays. Duties will include auditing student files, assisting with student registration, processing transcripts, screening incoming calls, providing administrative support to LPN faculty and staff. LPN Instructors
We are accepting applications for part-time and full-time instructors for our Practical Nursing program in Hamden and East Hartford. Positions are available for days Monday through Friday, Monday through Thursday evenings, and also Saturdays. Positions teaching theory and clinical are available. Teaching experience is not required. Competitive wages and benefits including tuition reimbursement. Applicants must be a CT RN and have their BSN and/or MSN.
